There are no locks when it comes to recruiting especially with where we are in the rebuilding process.

Was not my point, Peyton Manning most likely could have made many of the college level throws and even reads of defense as a high school junior. Archie Manning had Peyton throwing to Saints wide receivers and against Saints DBs while he was in high school. So as a high school junior, he could Complete passes against NFL defensive players, but could not against college players? Should he have started in college at age 16? No, but he could have played against that level of competition.

I believe that is the point being made here about TK Junior. He has the ability to play in college even while in high school. However he should not likely be allowed to do it. Totally different concepts there.

He may have practiced throws against NFL DB's but i remember watching him vs MIss State his first year and he was not ready to play in the NFL then and would've struggled as a 16 year old college player. Heck, he imporved as the year went on that first year but no way he was all world.....yet. JMO
