I spoke with his coach who said he came home and talked things over with his mother and then they talked this morning and that DB would not be visiting Missouri and has no plans to take anymore visits. It's been very crazy with several schools making a very hard push. They are even bypassing the school and coach and going straight to his house. I never say never but at this point he has no plans to visit anywhere and his mom is fully onboard with UT as others have stated.

Exactly what is Sawyers' issue with UT other than just not interested? Seems like he's been a little more outspoken than one would expect about not being interested in UT.

Honestly, I think he really wants to be a part of this class, but we just do not have any room for him.

Strange that he would wait to talk at home with his Mother since she was on the visit with him and would have had plenty of opportunities to talk with him both during the visit and on the three hour ride back home from the visit.

He probably slept on the ride back...I'm sure he had a busy visit, and a car ride has quite a tempting lull. That's what I'd have done as a teenager. And what would you rather do on your official visit: hang with the players and coaches or have a serious sit down with momma?

Spurned on top of feeling butt hurt because Franklin left Vandy. He knows that he probably had a spot in this class a long time ago, but chose the Franklin way instead of the Butch way. Now, he gets neither.

I regularly audit operations, management, and productivity at manufacturing plants. Generally speaking, you don't say a word while you are there, even when you are just with corporate coworkers eating Dinner.

I would imagine many people feel the same way about visits and the recruiting process.

I don't think its strange at all. Like coming back from vacation. Sometimes you just want to chill and not think about things on the way back. Once you sleep on it, then you're ready for open dialogue. Do it all the time coming back from business trips.
