Sorry if we deleted some epic late night conversations in this thread. We usually try to delete the off topic stuff when it becomes excessive---that is, when we see it and have time to tidy up a bit. It's not a knock on anyone involved and we usually don't necessarily take the time to evaluate its funniness before we delete it.

In these situations, we get a dozen people wanting it cleaned up and a few who are disappointed when that happens. It's a lose/lose sometimes for us.

Vandy is all about Vandy. I have a friend who went to law school there, and they will not fail you because they want to keep their rankings high. I went to another instate law school that failed people during the second year. My school also had the highest bar passage rate among all TN schools. If you feed and hype certain info enough, then people believe it as reality.

I'm a huge UT fan from birth but I would rather go to Vandy so so so much more then UT for the academics. Just look at the latest Forbes rankings we finished 282nd (last in the SEC) embarrassing. UT is not a good school for academics.

If you follow just those rankings then you are ignorant. I'd take Tennessee's engineering program over Vandy's anyday. I can't speak for other disciplines, but most rankings do not do any justice at all.
