There is absolutely no deference between Berrios and Rollins. I believe Rollins is a bit tuffer and i know he's faster. Berrios does not even run track. One has to be careful when evaulating talent. Some kids travel the country camping, and some kids sell out for their school and community and win championships aka Daryl Rollins. With that being said, im still not quite sure if either athlete is SEC talent but definitely should be playing at a collegiate level.
Im only comparing the size of the two athletes, i think we can all agree that they have similar attributes. So you say apples and oranges, tell me what position you think Rollins will play at the next level. Definitely not RB unless your talking DII. But if you place him in the slot, now you may have something. And from watching both athletes in person, i would rather have Rollins than Berrios. I used this comparison only because of the fact that they are very similar in style with vastly different rankings.
No I would not say hate. I would say best way to utilize his talents that would best help a team. An earlier poster had mentioned the fact that Rollins was just a 2 star, and Berrios being a 4 star is what sparked the interest. One with major offers and one with minor, but same playerI think we've got your position clear. You hate him as a rb, and love him as a slot guy, more than Berrios. Got it.
All those coaches are wrong. Every single one of them.
Nobody really knows seeing that the kid has never played a college down. Being a Knoxville Kid I really hope he gets a shot at UT, either as a gray shirt with the potential to earn a scholly or walk on with the same opportunity. Obviously the kid can fly but so could Kenny O'Neal and many others. But look at Trindon Holliday in Denver..5'5 and fast as hell. Again I hope one way or another he gets his shot at UT
