And that's the whole point of my posting. I've seen all kinds of incorrect stuff on the net. Some of it may even be mine.
There is a lot of wiggle room.
We signed 21 last year, so we must have at least 29 we can give this year as long as any over 25 are EEs. I don't know how many we had to give the year before, but it always seems like 2 or 3 or 4. Whatever that was can be added to the 29. The main numbers to watch are 25/85.
If I understand it correctly, they don't have to be EE's to be back counted. If we signed 21 last year we can back count 4 regardless of if the are EE's. Im pretty sure about that part. The gray area, I believe, is still the EE's however. This is why......since they will enroll in 2013, they can be back counted to the 2012 class. You can only go back one year with back counting, BUT since technically the EE's enroll next month they could go back to 2012, since its still 1 year.
The guys coming in spring would be 2 years removed so they can only go back to the 2013 class. This is the loop hole that I don't think is black and white.
