'15 AL LB Keaton Anderson

He has been getting quite a few osu CB's of late. Was hoping he would end up a Vol. IMO kid could be an All SEC type talent.

Agreed. I would love to land DeBerry, but I just think it's going to be too hard of a pull. Wouldn't care being wrong though. If we can land 1 of Smith, Baker, or DeBerry on top of Cherry and Anderson(both of which I think will be Vols) I would be ecstatic.

Yep agree with you and LV. Still not sure if Sapp fits into that group or not. Really like him too just not sure yet. I wonder how many LBs we want this year

I'm with you on Sapp too...I like him a lot, but he would be behind a few on my board. It would definitely be nice to know how many LBs we want to take. 3, 4 maybe? Is Dews a LB? Some tough decisions to be made for sure as to who fits where and why.

I would guess that 3 would be the number unless there is just someone that's too good to pass on, if so I could see taking 4 but that would be the most.

Yep I agree. The only reason I said maybe 4 was whether or not Dews will be a LB. I think 3 is probably the number(including Dews) unless one of the elite guys wants on board like Smith, Baker, or DeBerry.

My class has always been right at 20. Most feel we will take 2 RB, 2 QB for sure. That gets ya to (22). 3rd WR to (23)? If Butcher, Jackson, and Philips are the DEs, where does Dews fit in #s wise (24) if he is not a LB? If the OL haul is Stewart, Jones, Richmond, and Harrell, what about Clark, or Edoga was actually a Vol lean (25/26)? What about a TE(27)? A lot to see play out.

I see the LB class as 3 right now. Cherry, Dews, and DeBerry. As you mentioned, Smith, Anderson, Baker, Sapp, maybe Kirkland? Who knows.

My 20 breakdown is still.
QB-1
RB-1
WR-2
TE-0
OL-4
DT-2
DE-3
LB-3
CB-2
S-1
LS-1

A week beyond the O&W game and still have not lost anyone yet. Long way to go.

It's going to be very interesting how it all plays out. I'm still thinking 23-25 but a lot has to happen to get there.

I really think we need more then just 2 CB's IMO

Are you counting Jennings as our lone QB? I really really doubt that will be the case.

I have given a couple scenarios where I feel just taking Jennings would make sense. It does seem like the staff would ideally like to take 2. Just have to see how many spots are actually available.

I can't see him being the only one. Do you believe he's the future at QB? We really need someone this class who has the ability to be the starter come their redshirt freshman or sophomore year.

Taking one per year every year should become the norm, I just don't think we r there yet.

I think they'll be very picky with the next qb spot, no reaches. If we can't land somebody near the top of our board, I think we will pass. Luckily, there r a lot of elite looking qbs we r in on.

I do not. He is about as big of a project QB as I have seen. I do think UT is in very good shape with landing Austin Kendall for the 2016 class. I feel very good about either Fergs or Dobbs being the guy in 2015 and 2016. Maybe even 2017. I feel Kendall is a great talent and could be a starting QB at Tennessee. I could see a scenario playing out where any QB UT gets in 2015 may not see a lot of PT. Land Gentry and IMO he would have a chance to play. I just don't think 2 QBs in 2015 is a huge need. I'd rather see them take 1 and use the other spot for another OL, DL, or LB. Same with taking 2 RBs. IMO 1 is fine having landed 3 great ones in 2014.
