Smh at tampering nonsense. This isn't normal circumstances. neidemeyer helped coach Kennedy the past yr or two assisting with OL. Easy for Kennedy to text him or something saying he wants to transfer here without us initiating contact

Even if schools can't contact him, I doubt there's a rule that he can't reach out to other schools. Maybe he reached out to gauge interest and Auburn and Tennessee both said they'd take him.

You are correct sir. (See my attachment) A player can write to a school. It also doesn't state what a graduate transfer can do once granted a release from the program. (Assuming once released he doesn't need permission from the coach to talk to schools) Edit: Since he had graduated he is no longer a full time student, so he shouldn't need written permission to talk to other schools, especially after being released.

Yes there is. When that happens the coach has to tell them the conversation can't continue without a realease

Of course the coach could say "when you get that release we are all in "

Told me what that I was right? Do you even have reading comprehension. Read the edit. The above was in regards to Sleegro stating that no matter what students could contact schools. Which is correct they can. However, a school can't talk to them. My edit clearly states that written permission isn't required from a student who is graduated because they are not considered a full time student anymore. On top of that he was granted a release from the Alabama Football Team which means he has nothing binding him to the team, allowing him to talk to any school he wants to.

That’s alright, we just got a South Carolina transfer to add. Now, we are waiting on Kennedy.🤭❤️💥

No different rule

You simply need to understand that every single school needs written permission to talk to a transfer. It's clear here Tenn didn't have that until now

It’s a rule that is extremely hard to enforce.... if Pruitt can’t get around that rule then we hired the wrong guy

If UT is talking to Kennedy without permission from UA (which UA has not given) that constitutes tampering.

It appears there is a level of "understanding" between UT and Kennedy that doesn't pass the tampering smell test very well.

Screw your team and your chargers. Geez

Since there is precedence with this situation why can’t Kennedy get an ACLU lawyer and force this situation with the conference and Saban?

Would love to see the negative Alabama publicity on the ESPN bottom ticker.

I don't believe there is a need. I believe there has been enough Media attention that it gets reviewed in Destin Florida when the SEC committee meets.

Dude you are making some serious bs up

Where on earth does that rule say a graduate doesn't need a release?

You are delusional
