Hate to be that guy, but if hoke gets canned is anyone worried Butch may go. You know Michigan will come after him, gotta believe he would be at the top of their board.

Nope. Why would he want to go to a 2nd rate conference? Butch knows the SEC is the place to be.

Butch will be at the top of a lot off people's board. For one the ban can recruit with just about anyone in the county. For two if he was at Michigan, a third rate conference, he would be winning 9 or10 games every year.

He's a great recruiter but he has plenty to prove where wins and losses are concerned. And many coached could win 9-10 games a season in the Big 10. I'm not at all concerned about Butch leaving.

I love Butch but realistically, he wouldn't be in the top five candidates for Michigan right now.

Apparently both Harbaugh Bros, this morning they were saying Jon was being mentioned more than Jim. You know Les will be mentioned again. And all three of those are hard to get a hire from. Jim doesn't get along with San Fran's F.O. But it's the NFL. I don't see Jon bailing either. They should hire Kiffin Lol.

But after those first three, I can't think of anyone. Butch could be 4 or 5 just because he IS a great coach and program builder. He knows how to bring attention and high caliber players to a program. I don't see him leaving though, not with the last years class and this years. Yeah, going to UM is way easier to win games but, I think he legitimately loves Knoxville and UT.

I would finally do it if I were him. Texas A&M joining the conference and the emergence of Malzahn are gonna make it that much harder for LSU to win the division and those LSU fans aren't gonna stand for it much longer.
