I thought we did everything possible to get Boyd. His mom wanted his close to home though. I could be wrong.

Boyd was told by Kiffin to look around and didn't fit his system. Wise move considering we had a REAL problem at QB when Kiffin came in and he had NO ONE to lined up to replace Boyd.

I really am not a fan of this move, especially the timing. That being said, DE is a position we have great athletes at in this class and have 3 really good ones. Still sucks though. Ford will be a great player

Yeah, this one blows. I really thought Ford was going to turn out to be a secret weapon for us. Had the size/speed combination, great motor and technique. What more can you ask for?

I don't care who gets pissed. You have to be ruthless and aggressive to win championships, which is what we all want. I don't care if somebody gets their feelings hurt. Win at ALL costs.

I'm bummed out about this too. This recruiting stuff is hard on the nerves. I could envision ford doing a standout job for us, now we will never know. I understand if we get a couple big name tackles, but it still makes me have regret.
