Let the flaming begin though because I always felt like a QB shouldn't have a problem performing (or even showing up) at a QB camp- especially when recruiting services are saying you are an elite QB.

IMO the talk from various sources that he was skipping camps where throwing was expected should have made him want to show up and prove it wrong. If I think of myself as an elite QB, I'd have no issue in showing up and showing out. QD showed up and left a Vol.

You forgot to add that he showed up at Bama and performed too, left with an offer, and then performed at UT, at which point he committed.

Gibsonites will continue to bury their heads in the sand and refuse to believe that any of this is reality. The way his recruiting is going to turn if he keeps holding on to the "thrill of the chase", we'll see him balling out on ESPN7 as a Louisiana-Monroe Rajun Cajun.

Galilee on VQ has been saying we are still in the lead and that Butch has done a great job in the kids recruitment, but that Bama is charging hard. I don't think any news on TG will affect who we are after in state as much as he would some of the out of state guys like DeBerry, JMO.
