Why do you presume to speak for the coaching staff? It's obvious you couldn't know what they want, yet you throw-up your speculation as if it's fact.

Based on 99% of the most recent information available, UT is recruiting TG - HARD and they are recruiting him @ QB.

No matter how much non-sense you spew out on these boards about the T. Gibson recruitment, you can't change the fact that, at this moment, he is a top priority at QB for the Vols.

If you're doing it to be a troll, you can give it up. Almost no one takes you seriously when you say things like this.

If you're being serious... well, I don't even know what to say if you really are being serious.

Guys, it is not going to happen.

We have 4 spots left and we could theoretically take up to 7 and recruit over 2-3 current commitments, but those new recruits will be 2 cornerbacks, 2 defensive linemen, a linebacker, a WR, and an offensive tackle.

We are not going to be signing 3 QBs in this class. Get that through your heads.

I agree. I think the coaches have been in his ear about Twitter and a couple of other things.

During his last trip to Knoxville, a lot of us noticed just how quiet his Twitter feed had gone. During that same time period he also announced he'd be changing his commitment date.

I can't know if it's true, but one member said they saw him out on Campus and he looked kinda... somber, I guess. Maybe someone just took him to a meeting with Jesus and talked about some of these things.

He recently talked about someone giving him advice on how to handle Twitter and other social media. We also know that he did, in fact, change his commitment date.

Looking at these facts, it would be easy to connect the dots and speculate that the person giving the advice is in Knoxville - since he was in Knoxville when his Twitter slowed down and he announced he was changing his commit date.

When you add the fact that he came out of Knoxville and named the Vols his leader "by a wide margin" I believe it could indicate that he may be a possible silent commit.

Same thing was said last year. The guys who CBJ wanted in, got in. The same applies this year. If CBJ wants Gibson and Gibson wants to play here, there will be a spot. It happens every year. Not very difficult to understand.

I have mixed reviews on Dilfer, he also said Scroggin and Heaps would be stars. They both are epic busts. He was a true field general that did not get in the way of his epic defense. He didn't win the SB, Ray Lewis, Jamal Lewis, and that defense did.

It's easy to get everyone in with 34 spots available, but we are at a smaller number. We can't afford to take luxuries yet. A guy who plays qb decently, and wr on 7on7 is a huge luxury.

We need linemen and defenders in the worst way. A Juco on Dline and corner are truly needed. We need another cb, a linebacker or two, two olinemen with those jucos. It's just a numbers game.

I swear this dude is like the atheism vs. religion debate. Theres great points on both sides, very passionate people supporting both sides and we truly wont know til its all over and anything up til that point is only educated guesses.
