I think he is a solid option, but Jones wasn't ready to take his commitment. The focus is on tackles. We have 1 Fr/So tackle on the roster, and we need 5-6.

I think you take 4 tackles and a guard, knowing that 1-2 of the tackles will eventually turn into a guard. Stewart is the guard in this class, and I don't think we take another unless we miss on a tackle prospect or two.

Just another opinion...I suspect UT is in great shape with some better OL.

Further, if things go well with some DTs being recruited, I expect one or two of the DL from the 2014 class will make the transition to offense fairly quickly.

That's not what I meant when I said if he can fit in to auburn's system than he can probably fit in ours. I think you're pretty much right on the money with your assessment.

I know he and Alvin are buddies, but is it really that big of a deal that he talked to Jones on the phone? I know he is a war tiger but I wonder if there is any real traction here?

Well why talk to CBJ? Just to congratulate him on getting Kamara? That doesn't make much sense. It's one thing to call AK and congratulate him, but talking to Butch? The timing seems very curious to me. We shall see but I think something MIGHT be brewing.

And why tweet about it? If I'm committed, I don't wanna be tweeting that I just got off the phone with another coach. I mean, they don't just call to say hi once they've made a solid decision.

Not so sure this one is done. Unless of course the coaches say it is.

That's what I am thinking. Maybe Kamara said something good about UT to Harrell. I just don't see the reason he should talk to CBJ. :popcorn:

I think it was pretty clear IF Tennessee would have taken him, he would have been a Vol. He de-committed from Ole Miss thinking he had a spot with UT. When he realized he did not, he panicked and committed to AU. If I were to guess, the phone call could have simply been to let CBJ know IF a spot came open for him, he would flip in a heartbeat. JMO, TIFWIW.

The state of Georgia will soon be officially renamed Butchland after the State Legislature passes a unanimous resolution due to the obvious fact that Butch now owns the state. TIFWIW.

I'm about to the point where I don't care if he is an OT or an OG. This kid would stab his own mother to be a Vol. Maybe CBJ needs to make it happen. JMO, TIFWIW.
