IIRC he only spent 1 year in Tennessee and claims ATL to be his home.

I know, but he has a Nashville connection and he's not considering Georgia or Georgia Tech. Given that he last played ball in Tennessee before heading off to JUCO, I'd think he'd consider coming to Tennessee as kinda coming home. Also, he'd only be 3 hrs from Atlanta.
