There's got to be a reason this guy only has a few offers after having all of that attention coming out of hs.. Would make me think he is not a take bc it's not like he only has a few offers bc no one knows him. I'd take him tho on speed alone

Need speed. Butch can control him. If he doesn't play here he will do his business somewhere. His speed could make a difference between a bowl or no bowl, a warm weather vs. a toilet bowl, a game in Atlanta or not. Bring him on baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He only has a few offers because he is a Juco for one and not many jump on those guys early like our staff. The main reason though is teams either don't have him on the board when they see 2-3 team violations his freshman yr at LSU that caused his dismissal so they don't want to waste time on background check or they are still investigating his background.

Our staff already did this and has a big need at corner so we offered. Same with Txam

Definitely! I hope he doesn't take any money if he comes to Tennessee to pay for the child's medical bill… That will get him a season ban.

This would be a huge get for us. I've got a good feeling about Jeryl. He's crazy about his new baby and his goal is to be the best Dad possible. We don't have to worry about his Freshman mistakes. He knows what he's got to do to build a future.

We will try and catch up with Brazil this week. He's picked up several offers and he may want to stay closer to home and to his family. I know when we first talked after Tennessee offered he was very, very grateful the Vols were willing to give him a chance.

Brazil made his way to East Mississippi Community College after being kick off of LSU's football team but he seems to have rebounded this spring and is turning himself back into the top prospect he once was coming out of high school as a football and track star.

Tennessee was the first team to offer him at East and that meant a great deal to him and the Vols will likely receive a visit this summer or an official visit in the fall. But, location may be a factor as well and that's why both Ole Miss and Texas A&M are going to be players for Brazil as well.
