'15 MI RB Michael Weber

Per Hubbs

Elsewhere, and this had been scheduled for some time, Tennessee had three coaches in Michigan recruiting several players. Gillespie met with running backs Mike Weber and John Kelly. As of Thursday night we were still awaiting word on how the visit went but we understand the Vols were hoping to nail down an official visit for the pair.

Notice how Hubbs threw in, "and this has been scheduled for some time," likely to stave off any Michigan panic.

It's insane on that board right now. Hubbs is diffusing any chance for something to be misinterpreted.

Lot's of trash what needs to be diffused IMO.

"It's a great program and I like the coaching staff," Weber explained. "They are doing big things right now. Right now they have a good recruiting class so I'm interested in them." "I haven't decided on all of them yet, but I know a couple. I have Ohio State on Dec. 13, and Notre Dame on Dec. 11," Weber explained. "I still have to talk about it with my parents. I have thought about an official to Tennessee. I most likely will go down there."

"I just liked the atmosphere and I was comfortable. The coaching staff is nice and it feels like a family when I go down there," Weber said. On Thursday Weber was visited by Tennessee running backs coach Robert Gillespie. "He was just telling me that I would be a good fit at Tennessee and that they aren't going to give up on me and they are going to continue to recruit me," Gillespie said.

"It's a good thing, actually. I pay attention to that a lot (the depth chart), actually. Playing time matters," Weber said. "I don't know how I'm going to do everything, yet," Weber said. "I'm going to see how everything plays out."

If yall thought for one minute he would end up campus I'm ashamed. What I can't believe is the flip from UM to OSU. I thought he'd be a spartan for sure.
