I think we can all agree that Bray had more talent than Casey. Bray possibly had the best arm of anyone in his draft class. He could hit a 12 yard deep out just as easily as a 20 yard deep post with the Safety right there. I wish I could have seen Chaney and Bray QB meetings/prep.
However, I think Casey applied himself to the game way more than Bray did. The culture of UT football was insanely different (better) than when Bray was here. Casey had something to play for. He had aspirations of playing in the SEC championship game and a BCS bowl. I don't think Tyler ever felt that.
Now this is fair. Completely different culture with a winner for a coach. It can vastly affect ur attitude.
