'15 TN ATH Jauan Jennings (UT commit 4/7/14)

Thanks POA! I hope everyone had a safe Halloween! We had snow, sleet, and cold ass rain here in Indy but we bundled up and went out anyway. Glad to hear all the updates about JJ and all the future Vols! My oldest two and I are about to go do some Girlscout stuff and then come home and cheer the Vols to victory!

Great looking group of kids ya got there Glicht! I'm sure you are a very proud papa.

I only had like four people come to the door last night, weather was a bummer. Your girls weren't going to be stopped! Admire their heart and dedication to get that candy!

If he is healthy going into next year, 98% chance Dobbs is the guy

Dobbs at 1, Nate at 2 unless he leaves or freshman beats him, Dormady/Jennings at 3 and redshirt the other. If Nate leaves then one of the freshman only gets redshirt if Dobbs stays healthy.

I could see Nate leaving, he barely got a chance to play against Bama, which I was fine with. I have zero faith in his game. Would be nice to redshirt one of the guys next year.

Thanks InVOL. They take after their mama when it comes their looks but their smartass attitude is all Diddy!

Nap: My wife and I took turns driving the car slowly down the street while the other walked with the kids. Kinda made us look like creepers but it have the kids a chance to get warm when there was a gap in the houses. There were quite a few folks out braving the elements in our neighborhood last night.

Redshirt them both

Unless one of them is significantly behind I think you play them both. Kendall would be the freshman the following year and then there is a good probability that Hunter Johnson is here in 17. That would establish a great long term situation.

Finally got around to watching his highlights. First of all Juaun Jennings is extremely extremely raw. He has some good intangibles. He looks like a guy that will do anything and everything to win the game. The only thing that makes me question the level of his ability is the competition. Quite frankly it looks like he's playing against 7th graders out there. He lowers his shoulders a lot for impact which makes me think he has a lot of guts and toughness. I like that. However, I don't think he'll need to do that when a 250 lb SEC LB is running in his direction. So he has some habits that need to be broken or at least modified. Maybe use that toughness to get a TD in the 4th quarter but slide it out for a 1st down in the 2nd quarter. His mobility will only help him in this offense. To sum the rest up, he looks to have a good arm and he seems to be an intelligent guy from all his interviews. I'd like to see him redshirt in 2015. That way he can progress naturally and "gain" a year of eligibility. Good prospect. Has all the tools. Needs more coaching on how to use them.

Say what? :thud:

Edit: 250 pound LB's???? Don't get ahead of yourself. He hasn't made it to the NFL yet.
