If they do that then he will never play at TennesseeI think it would be a mistake to move him to safety.... It may be good for a short term fix, but I think it could potentially have a negative long term effect in recruiting for the mid state....
Coaches committed to give him an honest shot at QB and to help him grow in the QB position... That was one of the big selling point with him....
Jennings, the state tournament MVP, led Blackman (28-6) to its first Class AAA title in basketball. It was the first boys basketball championship for a Rutherford County team since Central won in 1965. He averaged 12.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists as a guard/forward.
"With his size and strength and his feel for the game, I think he's a top 200 player," Blaze basketball coach Barry Wortman said. "I hear that from college coaches who came into practice and watched him play."
Sorry to bump this thread guys but am the only one who didn't know Jennings was also a standout in basketball?
I was reading an older Tennessean article that was talking about it

Pretty incredible. I really hope he has a good work ethic for all the potential he has.
The idea has been talked about. Hes an electric playmaker. But hes 4th on a depth chart thats about to add a potential 5* qb when its all said and done. He needs to see the field.
That I dont know.
I would like to see us use him in a wildcat role. Hurd is great in wildcat but he doesn't give any threat to pass. Jauan could work on mastering 5-10 plays and learn the rest of the play book as he goes.
