Someone who posts here frequently had been trying to tell us all spring that he had improved a lot at QB. Someone whose son was kicking at camp yesterday.

I know, I was playing along. The improvement was night and day. He has a big arm. His accuracy has always been his biggest question mark. He basically was slinging side armed. Better fundamentals now and his accuracy has improved greatly.
I'm gona go ahead and root for this guy at QB. If he has really improved his game so much already and working hard, then in 3 yrs when he takes over for Dobbs as a RS sophomore he should be a beast of a man and two yrs in the system.
I've thought for a while that JJ seems extremely motivated to improve as a QB. His combination of talent and desire to succeed at that position could help him become the player we all hope he can be. TG might have more athleticism, but I doubt he has that burning desire to improve his skills as QB that JJ has demonstrated. The more I hear about his improvement since his last season ended, I'm increasingly anticipating watching his Sr. season to see how the progression continues. I'm almost to the point where I'm fine with JJ as our only QB in this class.
