Didn't Michigan get another highly rated WR to flip today?
Which one of you morons was the first one who forgot that this was a recruiting thread about Drew Richmond and not about frickin' Michigan. Seriously, who gives a damn about Michigan on this board?

THEE FBI investigate the thing you moron, they found nothing.
I swear I dont know why UT fans keep harping about this, Auburn is our ally, or maybe you didnt know that.
It's not playing the game, when you call a coach back up that sounded like had stopped recruiting you and gauge interest level and possibility of a spot in the class. Then, take an OV the last weekend before NSD, and stop returning texts of players from the school you are committed to, as well as not contacting the coaching staff of said school. All signs point to him wanting to go elsewhere...to be specific, Knoxville, TN.
He may not sign with Tenn (I think he will though) but there are no comparisons with Adoree Jackson who was the longest of longshots from the start.
If Fortenberry's info about Richmond not responding to texts from Ole Miss players this weekend is true and in Fortenberry's words was "cut off from them" than this looks much better than some of you want to allow yourselves to believe.
Version of AJ? IIRC, AJ eliminated UT weeks in advance when he listed his top 5. That was as far as that recruitment went. Drew just visited UT on the final weekend, while committed to another school. Not really like AJ at all, IMO.
My comparison was only with regard to him being a 5 star, not being overly interested in UT from the beginning, and actually landing him seeming like a long shot to begin with. I hope I'm wrong and he does commit. I'd see that as a positive turn in the CBJ and staff era.
Call me crazy but I still have a bad feeling on this one.hoping I'm wrong come Wednesday
I feel fine either way. Jones put in max effort to get him, if we fall short I'm fine with it. Richmond is the guy that is at the top of our board, Bama, Ole Miss, and UT all wanted this kid badly. I can't fault Butch for continuing to pursue what he believes is our best option; the days of settling (dooley recruiting) for what we can get as soon as we can get it are over with. We're going after the best kids we can and most of those are going to be battles with other elite programs. Most of those battles we're winning but even Jones is going to come up short occasionally.
