Could it be that Vaughn is taking a preferred walk on at Tennessee? Just the way he tweeted made it seem like he would announce to Tennessee imo. I know he could get a full ride at other schools, but if his family is financially able to pay for a year, then if not work out he could transfer.

I highly doubt it. Maybe bussey commits to a&m and the staff gave Vaughn the green light? Most likely tho I think he goes somewhere else.
