Any chance that we don't have a spot for him as an EE? We really don't need a WR EE. We have other spots where we are thin and need to use for EEs.

Conspiracy here but I think Shawn Jefferson knows he may not be retained by the Titans and who knows where he will be coaching next year. I think he's a good coach but local sports talk think some offensive staff turnover is expected. No longer an easy 2:30 drive for papa.

Be careful what you wish for. Randy was not the best OC here, but he took all of the blame. He has done a nice job at Kentucky and FSU. I personally would not like him calling plays against us at this point in his career.

This is just insane to me. Kids dad played in the NFL. Coaches in the NFL.... Mom is running the recruitment. When colleges start recruiting my son, I'll be involved... But the extent to which some of these parents are is crazy.

Word is he's not one of the ones to not be retained as he was dealt a raw deal with that WR core. Had 3 legit NFL wr and the rest was awful.

Just have to say that, if it were my son and I knew what his father knows, I'd have to tell my wife to let the men handle the men's business. There is a time and a place for a mom to be a mom and then there is a time for a dad to step in and handle things.

I agree but in a marriage sometimes you have to lose some to win and maintain happiness in your household and I think this is one he will elect to do this with. Hell he just wants his son to get a good education and to be safe. His love and passion for UT has not stopped one bit though.

The only turnover on that staff needs is the HC and GM, first. I can name at least 2 games where Whisenhunt's scared, mega-conservative play-calling in the 4th Qtr, with a lead, led to losses, directly.

Not the player's fault when every defensive player and fan in the stands knows it's going to be nothing but 3 straight handoffs > punt...3 more running plays > punt.

Mark Howard on 104.5 in Nashville is a freakin' idiot....

He was on this morning with Jimmy Hyams and basically tried to make it out like Jefferson was a back up plan for UT if it didn't work with Williams... JH's dumba$$ just went right along with it...

I have yet to figure out how is on a flag station for UT... He must be Clay Travis' older brother..

He pretty much ruins the morning show... It would be a great show if he wasn't on there....

I listen 104.5 on the way home from work and always forget to change before I go in the house... Of course I then forget it is on when I leave for work in the morning...

I takes about 10 minutes of him talking and I realize my mistake when he makes one of his stupid comments then I change it over to 102...
