Are we sure that's a commitment? I've seen a few online media guys take the chomp chomp and run with it but has there been an official statement by Van other than that tweet which really says nothing and could be trolling?

Ole Miss Rebels WR Van Jefferson to transfer to the Florida Gators

Says he does need a waiver to play immediately but there’s decent chance he gets said waiver

Has 2 years left

Brings much needed exp to a WR group with very little and the way ole miss WRs have performed over last few years he’s had some damn good coaching just has 2 first round type talents in front of him. Read somewhere he doubles our returning WR production lol

Yes they're originally from Jacksonville and live there again now. We set everything up for him to come to UT and Rocker was trying to set up an official and CJP didnt gv him the green light. So when that happened Fla called and he chose them. He was here visiting his kid in Nashville and wanted to go and visit last wknd and his dad was pushing him to UT but due to the business or whatever it fell through and he's a Gator.

My Bad, thought I read somewhere ole Miss transfers could play right away. I guess they just took off the restrictions on where they could transfer
