Thig should have been more professional and taken the high road, but it sounded like she was being very difficult. The story that was told on here at the time was that she was basically making things impossible for our staff during the recruiting process because she didn't want Van at UT. Thig just got fed up with it.

This is the best staff since Kiffin arrived. The things that make it as thus are the guys know real recruiting and also can coach. The questions are at S/C and Wr, TE/Sp Tms. I was hoping for Brewster but Jimbo held on to him. I have confidence in Pruitt who we've had a good relationship with during his previous stints at Bama, UGA, FSU, and Bama again.

I live about 3 miles from Ravenwood High School. Jeffersons mom didn't want him in Knoxville. The family was very comfortable with Rocker who was at Ga. then and where he initially committed. Now TR is at Tennessee. Very good chance he comes to the good side.

What are your thoughts on Helton as OC ?

He's definitely an unknown commodity but gives us a West coast connection that we've lost since the Kiffin staff departed. As an OC I'd picture a little WKU and USCw mix of spread and pro style. You really can only guess based on the 2 prior systems he's helped his brother and Brohm run.
