I believe Urb tells every recruit, regardless of position, that they are going to be the next Percy Harvin. Could you imagine a 6'-4" 325 lb. OL with a 6.3 40 time returning kickoffs?

Colleges are starting to do it a lot more lately. Hiring a top recruits coach even in a GA spot gives that coach at least a leg up to getting a permanent college gig. I mean our staff just did it themselves last recruiting cycle. It looks like a pretty good loophole to getting around the NCAA and getting the kid you want in the end.

When we add Jefferson and P Williams to tr mix... That would be even ridiculous for Tennessee's standard of wide receiver talent. Our second string at wideout would be better than most any other school.

Really surprised at how far off the CB predictions are on this recruitment lol.

This is UT vs UGA battle, but UT is out in front.

Shawn, Van's father loves UT, Butch and Azzani. Momma really loved UGA and Richt, but she hadn't visited UT until this weekend. She was blown away which was very important... Van himself liked UT, UGA and tOSU pretty equally. Fortunately, the past few months Van has been developing some strong relationships with some of the UT players...not just Josh Malone who he is really close with.

I believe he is all UT now, i expect him to announce next month after his visits to UF and UGA. tOSU is out.

Top WRs want to play with passing QBs first and foremost.

Rookie mistake IMO. Even CBJ knows you don't announce the hire/sign the deal with the coach till after the recruit is on paper.
