'16 AL WR Velus Jones (Transfer)

Tee was frustrated and said something in jest that he thought was in private. If a mic hadn't been around, no one knows this. It's not like he went on the Gameday set and announced it to the world.

So what? He should have known better. There are mistakes made every day that are mishaps, but they can be detrimental. Tell that to Donald Sterling about a private conversation.

I still said it wasn't a huge deal. I am just not one that cares if Tee comes back or not. He has clearly made decisions that did not seem like he wanted to be back. I don't believe he or Jay Graham will ever be back as long as Butch Jones is the coach.

Well officer if you didn't catch me then no one would know I was driving drunk.

What decision did he make? It was said the interview was only to appease the base, on Butch's part, so who would blame Tee for getting pissed if he wasted his time coming out and there was never an intention of hiring him.

Even if he chose to stay; he's to be put on blast for doing what he thought was best and in the interest of his wife? I've been in the changing jobs and moving battle with my wife for 6 months. It's a conversation that turns south everytime it's had. Can't blame Tee if he's not wanting to endure it.

Ok terrible analogy.

Call a kid soft or break the law? Exactly the same.

An analogy is never the same. That's why they are called analogies. Otherwise you are echoing the same sentence. In analogies, there are differences. Those differences don't change the point. Just because you do it "privately" doesn't mean there aren't consequences.

I get it. We don't agree. It's not changing my thought on Tee Martin.

Glad folks don't care that a coach for another school thinks one of our best players is soft. No telling how many other times he has blasted opposing players without it being public.

I'm sure no one on our staff has ever stooped so low. Why should I be offended if someone has a different opinion of a player than I do. FTR, I don't believe Hurd is some physical, bulldozer of a back. He bounces outside like he's a scat back thinking he can outrun CB's to the boundary, way too much for someone 242 lbs. That's not to mean I'm not glad we have him, because he and Kamara are by far the best backs we've had since Hardesty. I'd personally like to see him be more physical at the LOS and not wait to blast 185 lbs DB's 30 yards downfield.

What?? Please go back and watch every single game this year. See the insane amount of broken tackles, especially behind the line of scrimmage. Also, the majority of his carries have him coming across the front of Dobbs which means his momentum carried him outside.

He's normally lined up directly beside Dobbs, he doesn't have so much momentum that it carries him to the sideline.

Not sure if you are serious. Hurd is a VERY physical back. Except for maybe Derrick Henry I think he is the most physical in the SEC.

His first two steps coming across constitutes momentum. Otherwise he has to stop and change direction. You can't argue the laws of physics.

Is Hurd egotistical? Yes. Is he a primadona? Yes. Is he soft? Take a straw poll of linebackers, corners and safeties across the sec.

Since you are on the topic of Hurd, any substance to the transfer rumors a few weeks ago?

Wrong person forget what i said lol. Whoever said he was soft is simply wrong, so sorry for the misquote.

... what drug are you on? Is it one that makes you blind to everything that happens? 2 of hurds best games were against Florida and Alabama, so you could not be more wrong. I mean did he steal your girl or something?? Gosh sounds more like a grudge than an honest opinion.

I think you quoted the wrong person.
