He also threw what should have been a TD to seal the game to Ellis against OU.
Edit: Among all the talk about our coaches losing the UF and OU games, this play and Medley's missed FG are the most often forgotten plays of the season. If our guys execute on those two plays, we're up an extra 10 points and OU doesn't have time for the comeback.
His first two steps coming across constitutes momentum. Otherwise he has to stop and change direction. You can't argue the laws of physics.
Is Hurd egotistical? Yes. Is he a primadona? Yes. Is he soft? Take a straw poll of linebackers, corners and safeties across the sec.
Hmmmm... guess we'll agree to disagree on this one. Fournette is a very physical back as well.
I don't think he's soft by any means. My personal opinion, and that's all it is, is he doesn't use his size to his advantage enough. There's no way to measure or quantify it either way, it's just eyeballing it. Maybe I need to move my seats down from the upper deck for a better view lol. I'm sure the Tennessee Fund would recommend that.
