What Snow?
Brazilian friend of mine here on a visit a few Christmases ago and it started snowing.Knowing his heritage and that he grew up in Miami.I figured it might be the first time he had ever seen snow. So I said is this your first time ever seeing it snow?He smiles real big and laughs then responds with this."My friend it snows every day in Miami."So much for stereo types.

"Just caught up with him and he and Carlin and their father are leaving tomorrow for their official visits.

He said that's the plan and he doesn't see it changing.

As for his coach, he is old school when it comes to recruiting. He doesn't like any of his players taking visits to other schools while they are committed. This isn't just a Byrd-Miamk thing. I know when Carlin first committed to Tennessee they weren't worried about Auburn because the coach wouldn't let other coaches talk to committed guys. This comes from several different people over the course of the last year as I got to know some people around the Naples program.

Byrd didn't mention anything about his coach standing in his way of the visit. So, I don't know if it's true or not or to what degree. But, just hope to add some clarity."

If I were Byrd I would tell my coach: "I'm taking this visit. Would you rather me decommit first?"
