There's a post in this Canes recruiting forum speculating that Latrell's spot has been pulled in Miami as a result of taking a visit here. If that turns out to be true, he's very likely a Vol if we have room for him.

Personally, I'd still like us to grab him. He may need some coaching up, but the athletic talent is definitely there. Check out his Senior Highlights and watch how quickly he pulls away from the defender at 40-50 and then again on the kickoff right after. His fundamentals can always be improved, but you can't teach that extra gear.

Speed is one of last things I look at for a Wr. I guarantee you the Qb does not care if the Wr runs real fast... the wrong way. The Qb does not care how fast the Wr runs... when he drops the ball. Speed is 3rd imo.
