Whether you're being optimistic or pessimistic, you're still just reading tea leaves and doing guess work like everyone else.

I agree, but there is not much to be optimistic about. Kongbo is a flake..Brown is a wartigereagleplainsman..Byrd feels flaky..Dickerson evidently was unwanted. If we end up with Moss and Williams...it will be a bag load of..blah. And VN will be insufferable. The negaButches will ruin this place.

Kirby/Steele don't run a true 3-4 defense. Go back and watch Bama and LSU, they had multiple fronts and Bama had 4 linemen nearly the entire year. Same defense as Pruitt, which is why he's at Bama now.

We are still going to blast the SEC East and make it to Atlanta this season regardless though. Should make 2017 recruiting epic.

There remains plenty of chatter with Auburn and Derrick Brown as well. Some believe UGA is much more in the mix heading into the final day. What we do know is that Brown has yet to tell Tennessee yes or no. We don't believe he's told Auburn no or yes, either.

I agree if we finish with Warrior and settle on the rest, it will be less than ideal but it will still be a class with some very good players. I don't however think we miss on the all. I think the worst at this point would be Warrior, one of Kongbo/Byrd, and Moss. If it were me, I would hold the spot for next year before I filled it with someone that might never play meaningful snaps. Those situations typically don't work out well in the end. Not saying those second tier guys are that, the staff only knows.
