Hurd is the best pass blocker of any on the list. That alone gives him a huge leg up in being NFL ready. Pass pro is one of the most common things that keeps young backs off the field.

Kinda funny every commentator compares Hurd to Eddie George. Henry is Vernon Davis playing RB. He doesn't run through tackles near as well as Hurd. All he has on Hurd is elite top end speed. Nothing else. But I forgot every elite player for Tennessee is second rate. Sutton not being elite is the dumbest post I've read in a while.

Hurd is a great back and is not necessarily lacking in anything. When you watch Chubb and Fournette run compared to Hurd, they are quicker, more agile, have better balance and can pull away from DBs. Hurd is good, they are on another level. Oline has nothing to do with it.

As long as he stays healthy, I think Hurd will be a more highly regarded NFL prospect than Henry. Henry has some better measurables, but Hurd is the more fluid athlete with a more wel rounded skill set.

Henry is a load, but he's only good if he's running north and south in a straight line. His size and speed are great, but at the next level everybody he plays will be just as faster and nearly as big.

I actually think he's got more potential than both. He just doesn't have the o-lines they have.

6'4" 242 lbs. that run 4.39 40s don't grow on trees. Physically he's more impressive than both Chubb and Fournette.

I'm taking Hurd all day everyday over anyone.

I agree. Hurd's got better hips and wiggle when running. Plus better accelaration. Henry is more of a Brandon Jacobs clone. Great north and south runner but not much agility and not elite burst through the hole.

I think you simply watch Hurd more and see his negative runs and flaws while only seeing Fournette and Chubb's highlights.

They are all different runners. All are factor backs. Chubb is short and stocky. So his runs will be different. Fournette is a FREAK. Hurd is the big stallion style back. Now you say Chubb is better but when they were playing on the same field Hurd out performed him.
