A perfect example of why I won't fault coaches for cutting ties with recruits at times. It's a shell game and it's played both ways. Doubt he's the last recruit that has a "change of heart".

I find it strange that neither Strip or Butch made a trip to see this guy to try and hold on. Tells me that they've suspected he was gone and there wasn't much they could do. I could be wrong but I don't think they've visited hI'm in a while.

HaHa, pretty clever sir, you know, since I am in Bama, that automatically makes me a closet Roe Tawd fan... couldn't possibly be that I am born and raised in TN, a UT graduate, and have to suffer right now because of my job that forces me to live in this idiotic state...but I am a realist and see our staff as good, but not great and think our recruiting is slipping compared to other programs that we are trying to beat, so that makes me a troll... cool. :good!:

I told my 6 year old it looked like we wouldn't get Christmas this year...and he started to cry. I didn't even know he followed recruiting. Pretty cool...he needs to chin up though.

The out of state guys are also harder to keep once it gets closer to signing day, in this case, it was a double whammy since the kid really didn't have much choice early on. (I am using "kid" loosely in this instance, since he does look like he is about 50):)

My take, LSU is not feeling good about Manuel, Gooden, and Blacklock.

Remember when dalton santos turned on Tennessee at the last minute... Yea we didn't really miss out on much there. How about Carl Lawson? When he's healthy he's a stud but he's always hurt. This all being said... This is no big deal and is not a make or break recruit.

Everyone here says it on a regular basis.... CBJ can recruit!!! He will bring in players and I'm sure their will be a surprise or 2 in this class. It's about patience and having faith in the staff.
