'16 NC QB Austin Kendall (former UT commit)

Look for UK to put his brother on scholarship and continue to pursue him hard. Gonna be a battle to keep Kendall in the fold. (As already mentioned, his brother is a walk-on wide receiver at UK).

If he likes Debord, and if we don't recruit other QBs in this class, then I don't expect there to be any battle for him. At least not with UK.

I hope we hold on to this kid. But as long as he's "still gettin to know our new OC." and taking calls from UK, I hope Butch Jones continues recruiting his fall back option. Big difference between signing another QB and recruiting another QB, IMO.

IMO, if he was seriously considering UK he would have decommitted from UT and committed to UK during or immediately following his visit to Lexington 2 weeks ago. That tells me he either was not immediately impressed enough in Lexington, or he was having trouble letting go of UT, at least until he had a chance to meet UT's new OC. And based on his comments after his UT visit last week, he came away initially impressed with Debord. If he likes what he sees from Debord in spring practice then I think this battle is officially over. At least as far as UK is concerned.

I though the weather prohibited him getting there?

Since I ignored LV a week or two ago, I haven't noticed him popping up as much in threads. Obviously, I would see that he had posted something that was ignored if he had, but I'm not seeing it nearly as much as I used to see actual posts by him. Is he curbing his volnation time?

You seem obsessed... Sad really.

I did.

1971 Liberty Bowl. Went with my entire football team (I was in 4th grade). Saw Coach Bill Battle' Tennessee Volunteers beat the arkansas razorbacks 14-13.

I know that was aimed at someone else :salute:

Same for me, this was my first vol game but I think I was in the fifth grade.
