Lol. Classic RF.
If I had to guess Auburn might have intrigued him a bit. I just don't think we made much of a dent in the recruitment when he visited. I just find it hard to believe he'd leave UT for "competition" because he faces the same thing at UK.
No he doesn't.
Dobbs will be a junior and is probably there starting until he leaves senior year. There's already one or two QBs on the team that will have a couple years in the program over Kendall. UK has Towles, who is solidly our starter for the next two years. We'll have Barker, who was nearly top 100 in his class, who will have been in the program for 3 years. And a guy named Reese Phillips who isn't all that bad.
So yes, continue to laugh and be ignorant
No offense, but your boys will jump through hoops and do stupid human tricks to land this kid...Barker's offseason is a blazing flare at how deep you are...and we saw how your Signal Mountain backup fared when Towles went down...you don't have the same competition!
Of course we're going to do everything we can to get recruits. Who is saying we wont?
For all Barkers antics he was very highly regarded. He'll have time to develop. I'm not sure what to think Phillips can do, but in practices, word is he's pretty good. No one is arguing that talent is equal. But no way Kendall comes in and starts 4 years. He'd probably have a decent shot at 3. But more than likely 2.
