I think he is leaning pretty hard for uga, but I wouldn't call him a long shot just yet, we will see after orange carpet day.

Settle down fellas. Butch hasnt disappointed on the recruiting trail yet. Look for the absolute full court press on K. Walker next weekend.

His offer was not truly commitable at this time. So the recruit got nervous and jumped on his back-up plan...

Not really. Those who post here that are close to his recruitment have said Bama was a threat. IIRC, 93mtonvol even predicted Bama several weeks or more ago.

- He definitely likes Tennessee and Alabama, but Florida State is definitely in the picture, too. He said that's the one non-SEC school he's definitely interested in.

I was thinking Vols at first because he decommitted less than a week after visiting UT. A few UGA insiders were saying UGA stop keeping in contact with him months ago which led to the decommitt. Really don't know how true that is though.

I'm with you eazy. I think Emmons committing so soon is good news for us. We can do better. He is a real good running back but if we were to land one of Walker, Holyfield, or Aime we will be fine.

I would imagine that a few guys will begin to emerge within the next couple of months. 2016 class hasn't played their senior season yet, and this staff is among the best when it comes to finding guys before they blow up.

CF-A is a stud RB at the very top of several Schools' wishlists - some services have him as a 3 star but don't let that fool you.

UGA folks have maintained that Emmons was never going to be eligible. We don't know the whole story.

The rich get richer. Oh well. I was really hoping to get this guy. Hopefully we can get one of the other top RBs on the board.
