I think Dobbs is fast, but I'd be surprised if he ran a faster 40 yard dash than Cam Newton did.

I'm not so sure about him not running as fast. I think he has run at his top speed maybe twice and he looks about like a 4.6 guy with the jets on.

Cam ran a 4.59 which is impressive given his size. Dobbs may or may not be that fast but if he isnt, then its not by that much.
