Still think we are a long shot here. A&M will be too strong of a contender with his Dad's legacy there. But who knows...18 yr olds do some strange things! :crazy:

That new vandy 247 clown Jesse Johnson just put in a Crystal ball prediction for clemson. Is that even a thing? He also put an ole miss one in for Daniel bitulli. I know that the latter makes no sense since it's been stated as a UT/AU battle but has anyone heard about Clemson being a potential landing spot for Bryce?

jesse johnson is like 1 for 6 this yr. He usually CBs any player to Vandy that gets an offer too. He hasnt CB one player to UT in this class and he didnt CB any to UT in the last class. It means nothing. he knows nothing.

Clemson is one of several schools (along with UT, aTm, Bama, and Ole Miss) that Matthews recently said he was focusing on, and he did visit them earlier this spring.

IIRC, Bituli had UT and Ole Miss as his top 2 few months ago, but more recently he has said UT and AU are the top 2.

Yeah I looked at that after I posted and laughed. Looks as though he is supremely butthurt about our rebuilding image and recruiting prowess.

That 247 Vandy writer made several predictions today, and I'm pretty sure none of them were to UT. Barton Simmons, who covered (not sure if he still does full time) Vandy, has predicted Bituli to UT.

It's always good to see who is making the crystal ball predictions before taking them as the gospel. Almost any random beat writer for a certain school can go make a prediction.

On Mathews, I can't answer your question although all I've read from 247 is A&M and UT.

Yeah I know I look out for this guy because his CB predictions make me laugh. That's why I referred to him as a clown. I posted because the Clemson prediction came completely out of left field and I was wondering if Bryce Matthews was even considering them.

I'm surprised he has a job and so are some of my friends in Nashville. Apparently he isn't too popular with the Vandy crowd either.
