Felix would be an absolute great fit for this offense
This reply is by no means trying to attack you so please don't take it that way.
in theory he would seem to be perfect fit (and I totally agree and like his skill and talent) , but in the 3 years we have had this offensive scheme, which slot/Hybrid guy has blown up?
I'm just not sure anyone is a fit for this offense because we just don't create opportunities for guys in space.

I'm beginning to agree. We don't utilize the slot well. I was going to bring up Pig Howard as a response, but I looked up his stats... less than 500 total yards is difficult to defend as 'blowing up'.
This offense needs changes. Previously, I thought we just didn't have his type of WR on the roster - his previous teams have thrived on small, quick guys who can create space, while our WRs were mainly big outside guys (which he didn't use well even at previous jobs). Well, now we have a terrific-looking slot player in Byrd and we still don't use him nearly enough.
There is a slim chance that Dobbs is the main issue with the short-to-mid passing game. But it's much more likely that this aspect of Butch's offense just doesn't translate well to SEC speed. If that's the case, it is what it is - he'll adjust or he'll be replaced.
IMO one of the best all around ATHs in FL this year, which is sayin a lot... underrated by the services for sure, good hands for a back and extremely dangerous once he gets some daylight. I don't think size is much of an issue for a back like this either, so I don't really get the low ranking. Maybe the competition is subpar?
"He said Tennessee told him they were going to take three running backs so they have one spot left for one.
He seemed to really like the trip and didn't seem to mind there were two other guys committed at RB already.
He cited a few times the family atmosphere and notes he has the best relationship with Tennessee coaches.
Oregon and UNC are the other schools in the mix. Full update coming."
