Crunchy, you're ok in my book as a fellow Vols fan. But, why in the hell, do you post one thing, then entirely contradict yourself in the next post?

I absolutely mean no offense but why does anyone who has spent more than a couple of weeks on here ask this question? Is it not obvious?

Also, his doing this has NOTHING AT ALL to do with fandom!

I post my opinion on various topics and situations as it makes for talking points. More opinions leads to more discussion. Im an opinionated guy. What can I say? I'm cool with those who ignore me. It doesn't bother me. If you notice they tend to keep me in their thoughts and discussions.

If you just didn't presume to know more than the coaching staff you would be more popular. That act is not only annoying but ignorant.

I think he physically does have to post his opinion on every single topic. If he doesn't I think his head explodes like in that movie Scanners. :yikes:

People talking about transfers must have never actually played football. Definitely not on the college level. Guys on campus are not watching who commits worrying about them taking their spots. It's the opposite actually. Current players want to help the coaches bring in the best players possible. They welcome the competition and they want to win, because that's what is all about. WINNING!!!!

Unfortunately those days are gone. If you hang around waiting your turn its more likely you'll be advised its in your best interest to look at other options as we need the spot. I mean just read this board a while. If a guy isn't making an impact as a RSSO, he's usually on the lets clear some space list. When you're always set on the mindset of taking a full class, these kids waiting are usually the ones sent packing.

LOL if you think any freshman RB that we are in on for 2017 is going to come in as a Freshman and unseat Kelly you are insane. Kelly has been getting accolades from the coaching staff since last year. And we'll see what they think of CFA this year.

running back darrian felix (fort myers, fla.) said oregon still leads following his official visit there earlier this fall.

Felix said tennessee is pushing hard as is north carolina and they round out his lead group in order. He said he plans to officially visit tennessee and unc this winter before making his college choice.

A big reason he likes oregon is their spread, tempo offense. That's a big reason he also is high on tennessee and north carolina.

"they both run that, too," felix said. "and they are both losing their top two backs after this year so both places would have early playing time. I like the coaches at (unc) and i like the fans and atmosphere (at tennessee)."

you think we would take him if he wanted on board? I think he wants to go to Oregon but isn't sure about the coaching situation.

I would say yes given we have apparently started to push for him. I think he's a take as long as we drop someone else currently committed because he's an explosive athlete. We don't have someone like him projected to the offensive side of the ball yet in this class.

I agree on the Oregon situation.

He's a good Kamara replacement. Slot/Rb that can play special teams.

You take him no question.

Lynx where in Memphis you from?

Just guessing, but with him visiting, I think this is really one to watch. It's looked like Oregon for a while, but who knows what their coaching situation will be. I'd love to land him.
