'17 MS TE Chase Rogers (Former UT commit)

I had him at 9 for 135. Was a good feeling seeing him do that well first game back since his injury. Really was impressed on his speed he showed on a 50 td catch and run. Only had 3 receptions at half due to the double teaming. Our other TE had 8 for 125 at end of 1st half.

Could have been. I just saw it on Twitter and figured folks would wanna know he did well.

Ole Miss is gonna show you highlights of Evan Engram in hopes of flipping your son. Chase has the same potential IMO but can fulfill it at Tennessee just as easily.

Tennessee has nothing to worry about when it comes to Ole Miss. We have always loved OM as a family, but Tennessee has sold Chase on a great product and a great teacher in Coach Scott. VFL program is not too bad either...

St. Stanislaus is ranked #1 on the Ms coast and now 7th in the entire state. We play St. Paul out of Mobile who is ranked 5th in Alabama this Friday in Bay St Louis.

Petal went to state and lost to Starkville. My kid plays for Petal Middle. Its a big farm system from youth ball to high school.

Yes sir! We don't have much up here and like to be distinct from Hattiesburg itself. Pretty sure most of the investment in this area goes into the high school football stadium and athletic facilities. I always represent the Vols around here. Hoping to get us some more visibility. Tired of seeing that scarlet A everywhere. I coached youth football for a while and always joked with my kids I coached that when they got older they need to go to the University of Tennessee to play their college football! Of course that always got a rise out of them!

Has anybody on here asked you what Butch is like? All we ever see of him is interviews and stuff. Just would like to know what he's like when he talks with you and Chase and how those recruiting conversations go. I don't know if its cool to ask that or not, just curious

Southern Mississippi is a different animal. Both state school are really far north. Both state programs had been down for a little while. Then you have to factor in the bandwagon fans. JMO
