"I like the coaching staff a lot and I really like the atmosphere a lot," Foster said. "The atmosphere is great. You cant beat the atmosphere up there. Its just really nice up there.
They are going to let me major in what I want to, mechanical engineering," Foster explained. "A lot of schools tell me they will let me major in that but when your quarterback does they have to let you.
It means a lot because thats pretty much my future if football gets cut short, Foster said. Thats my future and if they let me balance my schedule and major in that then they will be pretty high.
I feel like they are on the rise," Foster said. "They should be up there either next year or the year after that. They had a great season, a lot of close games, and once they learn how to finish those close games they are going to be on top.
Thankful our staff lets kids pursue their dreams and major in what they love. Says a lot about our coaches and academics
Do some schools mandate their athletes major in PE or something? I kind of thought they were allowed to pursue whatever they wanted everywhere...but it's on the kid to make the grades in whatever field he wishes to pursue. With that said, it's impressive that the kid seems to have a level head and wants to plan for the future through a solid field of study.
Austin Nichols' twin sister was a freshman at UT when he commited to Memphis. Players will go where they are comfortable and can get on the field. The good thing is that we need LB's next year. Clemson will be tough though.
How was his Twin a freshman in college if he was a senior in HS?
Was one born before midnight of the cut off date and the other after midnight!?!?
I've always wondered how that would work.
