Jacoby stated in an interview with the DNJ writer earlier this year that he is not from Louisiana.

He has family down there, I believe his uncles or close family, and that's he's stayed down there with them a lot.

Yes, he does love LSU, and he likes aTm, but we're kidding ourselves if we don't think that there's going to be some smoke between Stevens and Tennessee.

He might realize playing 2 and a half hours from home isn't that bad after all...

What's his position in college? I personally think Higgins will be #1 in 2017. He's AJ Green 2.0.
