D we've talked about this kid before. Work your magic.I love the way this kid plays.Tell him I will slip him a few dollars to go to Ut.I don't care it goes on every where else. I am not above paying for a recruit.

I think Preston has the most upside of any of our current WR players. That being dais, I think Higgins will really push him for that position and Higgins is much larger. We should be able to throw the ball very efficiently with a throwing QB.

#1 player will definitely be Jacoby and it will be due to his complete dominance on both sides of the ball not just his ability at WR but also Safety. Kid has dumb ability wherever he is put.

I keep daydreaming about Stevens and D. Gibbs in the same secondary with N. Warrior. Butch can make that happen, right?

VolinSmyrna he's a little more on the physical side than D. Grant was, but his ball skills are very similar at safety. Jacoby can play in the box and play center field.

That's what I was thinking. Just watching him play and move around reminds me of DG. He does have a little Dale Carter mixed in too, I agree. We really need this kid. I don't know if I can stomach us losing out on 2 top 100 kids in this county in the same year.

"Athlete JaCoby Stevens, the state's No. 1 player in the 2017 class, said he recently talked with Tennessee coach Butch Jones following his decommitment from LSU a little more than a month ago, and he's definitely planning to take a closer look at the Vols now that he has reopened his recruitment. He's still high on LSU, USC and a number of other teams, and he's basically back to square one in the recruiting process and planning to take his time making a final decision. But it sounds like Tennessee at least has a chance to be more of a factor there this time around. He's currently hoping to wait until sometime around signing day next year to make his final choice."

Would be shocked if it isn't LSU (again) or Texas A&M.

But, there's a long way to go. Just sharing what I've heard right now.
