'17 TN OT Obinna Eze (Memphis commit)

May be as simple as he's more of a project and wants to be sure of playing time rather than risk sitting for quite some time.

I'd still like to see us get him.

I figured as much, but it still seems like settling to me. Big fish, small pond, if you will. I don't mean to question his (potential) decision. It's his life and his choice. I wish him luck wherever he goes.

Callahan has said in the past Eze is very open minded and has connected with Memphis staff. He's still high on TN.

Memphis is in his top 5 though but so are we! We have a 20% chance if you take those odds. Memphis has the same odds though as 20% between the top 5 schools. I wouldn't be surprised if he picks any of the top 5 schools to be honest.

All things being equal, yes. A lot of times a top 5-7 is in reality a top 2-3 or less. Just a few more tossed in to keep the announcement interesting.

Too many stars

Actually, what it means is that With Tucker and Locklear already in the fold and Billy Ross likely to be added to the list in early August, we may be focused on two higher rated linemen to finish the class on OL.

Specifically, Trey Smith and Jedrick Wills. You may be able to include Kahlil's brother to that list.
