With Chandler, Tennessee is in a good spot, but he's open to other schools. I don't think they are necessarily trailing anyone, just don't know that they are the clubhouse leader at this point.

This crop of instate guys is playing hard to get. Whatever he told Hurd back in 2013, he needs to bectelling ones of these guys.

In 2013, the sell was come here, play immediately, and build something special.

We're now potentially a preseason too 10 team with a loaded 2 deep of stud sophomores and juniors. Early playing time (at most positions) and building something from fhd ground up can't be sold anymore.

The sell now is it's "YOUR TURN". The kids are waiting to see what that means. If we have a successful year on the field, the instate kids will come and 2017 will be another monster class.

Yea they are. The lawsuit will make it more difficult. TN administration is too blame as usual. Worse in the country starting at the very very top

Fortunately, it appears more and more each day that the lawsuit is garbage.

With Bowles lying at every turn, and the defense for AJ and Williams claiming that social media/texts will prove the innocence of the two, I think this will clear up in time for us to salvage this in state class.

The lawsuit won't be cleared up for years. The recent news in AJ and Willims's cases just means it will take even more time to get settled.


I don't think that's a bad thing, though. I expect the lawsuit to be old news and background noise by the end of the 2016 season.

The 2017 recruiting class for us will go hand in hand with on the field results more than anything, IMO.

Lawsuit is garbage but not sure on Bowles thing. Nobody really knows there. Here's the thing as long as their is no video or phone evidence of his claims then TN lawyers can easily turn it around on him once they show everyone this was his girl crush and paint it as a jealousy thing especially if the social media items show what they claim. I recall Easy and others saying AJ showed Maggit and others his phone that would prove it was consensual. Im usually on girl side but it's shady as heck that both girls magically lost their phones that next week

That I can agree with. I just hope we see the class start forming soon. I feel as though it is no coincidence at this point. I'm betting there are at least a few silent commits.

Hopefully we win 9-10 regular season games at least and sway some of these big time guys that are on the fence about us.

I look forward to the season starting and this being forgotten.

There are so many can't miss kids in this year's class in TN.

Yes, don't want to say anything that could be wrong or misleading... and don't have any proof or whatever but the feeling at MBA is not Tennessee (of course this means absolutely nothing)

That's fair. I think we just need to move further away from the court thing and closer to the season. A good season will do wonders for us on the recruiting trail.
