Find any other roster that doesn't have 10 in the M.A.S.H. ward.
Elsewhere on the defensive line, Elijah Conliffe is going to Louisville this weekend and will announce his decision on Tuesday. This one appears to be either Florida or Tennessee, but the question again is room for the Vols. We have thought Conliffe was a take regardless of the numbers, but in doing some digging over the last day or two, we now believe something will have to change for Conliffe to end up at Tennessee. It's our belief that Tennessee pushed Conliffe for a decision earlier this week and Conliffe wasn't ready to make one. The numbers this late in the game are just too tight and cutting a player this late is risky business.
Guys I rarely post and mostly just read to keep up in the RF however, this latest on a DT we might turn away has me completely lost on our recruiting strategy? We have our worst defensive year. Due in some part to our inability to put healthy bodies on the DL? But yet another receiver and running back are visiting this weekend? I understand that some of our commits may not qualify but I'm really struggling to understand here?
Just like the RB situation. I don't see the big deal in waiting until NSD to announce or making a post on Twitter. The staff's require time to adjust if need be, and not strung along. I guess it can be said both ways though. If Conliffe wants in, it's gonna be some sad signing and flower bringing.

It sounds like they pushed for a commitment this week but didn't get one. And they might not be willing to wait until signing day to get an answer and have to cut someone that late to make room.
I certainly don't want to tell Conliffe no but it's bad business to cut kids this late, especially ON NSD. The argument there is well then don't take so many kids early on. And I get that logic too. But if you don't fill up and miss on a couple at the end we'd all be *****ing about not taking a full class.
Bottom line is it can be a dirty business and it's not always perfect. Tough decisions have to be made.
