It would fit the Butch method of announcing at key points. Hope he's a Vol. Like what I see.

FWIW, prototypical RT or RG. Good quickness out of his stance. Gets the job done in a hurry and moves on for others.

Ross, a three-star prospect who’s ranked the No. 1 player from West Virginia in the 247Sports Composite, quietly has established himself as one of Tennessee’s top offensive-line targets since getting an offer from the Vols in February. He’s now planning to announce his college choice on Aug. 1, and Tennessee and North Carolina are believed to be the favorites to land him. Ross recently visited both the Vols and the Tar Heels, and he’s expected to make another trip to the school he’s choosing to inform the staff of his decision. Sources recently have indicated that Tennessee and North Carolina are in a dead heat heading into the final weeks before his announcement, although the 247Sports Crystal Ball currently points to the Tar Heels as the team to beat.

As for other offensive line prospects, Billy Ross has set his commitment date of August 1st. That date coincides with the first day of football practice in West Virginia. While Ross may go public on August 1st, we look for him to make the trip to either Knoxville or Chapel Hill when the dead period ends in the middle of July. Everything we continue to hear are positive signs for Tennessee with him most recently loving up the Vols.

Kind of hard to help by getting 3 star recruits while Clemson steals our 4 and 5 star recruits.

I am not a "star guy" by any means, but I certainly would argue you do not want more 3 star players than 4 and 5 star combined, and lose top in state talent.
