No. Callahan says Ross is a take and feels that he is leaning towards Tennessee

Ross is underrated and would be the best OL commit to date. He looks more athletic on film to me than Locklear and Tucker (Baffled over that one). He's definitely a future interior OL IMO, most likely Center.

Well I would trust DeBord much more when it comes to what position OLineman should play. But I do think Locklear ends up on the interior also. My guess is he's a guard if they land Ross.

So where does everything with Billy Ross? Well we believe that Ross continues to feel good about Tennessee. In talking to some around Ross in recent days, we can report that North Carolina head coach Larry Fedora has put on the final push to try and land the Huntington native. Will he be able to steal some of the Vols momentum in this recruitment?

Anything is possible, but we feel good about where the Vols stand with a couple of weeks left before he commits at 11:30 pm on the 31st. We expect Ross to be very quiet about his trip to his college pick to inform the coaches in person. That's a trip that will likely be made after next weekend.

If he is indeed there, we've got to hope he is visiting both to let both staffs know his decision. Honestly, probably not the case, but we can hope.

Yeah, he was going to commit in person. As for a week out vs 12 days, not sure if it means anything.
