Were all of those 500+ yards in the last 6 games all through the air and not from rushing yards?

If not, why are you bringing that up when we're talking about secondary players. If anything those, "offenses hv put up 500+ in 5 of the last 6 games" have mostly been from an atrocious run defense.

I'm not the most fond of our staff, but grow up and stop trying to find wiggle room for any opportunity to bash our staff.

If your opinion was valued by others as much as you value it yourself, maybe you could COACH the Vols. Until then, focus on your camps, hair cuts, and grammar.

So i guess I'm the only 1 who saw the bail out and it wasn't just Justin hell Mosely did it too. Justin is a legit 4.4 guy he doesn't need bail out ball. The Safeties also did it in that game. Then they was doing it against Ind St. For the record the 500+ is just that it wasn't all on the ground. The stats are on the internet. I didn't bash anyone so stop whinning and accept facts IV. I don't want to coach the Vols or collegiate football period.

You and I have disagreed many times BUT I hate how we are playing so far off of guys. Not sure why we won't mix it up. Need to play some press. Totally hate it. Then for number 2. Horn said when he committed, he was taking all five visits. Don't understand the surprise by others when he did. So 2-2 on agreeing. I need to now reevaluate my life. 😄😳👍

To be objective our secondary has not performed well in terms of run support on the edge on sweeps etc. So they contribute to 500yards as well as front seven

I realize I may have hurt your feelings and you felt obligated to let your emotions take over and try and replace my posts with you own thoughts so let's dissect this.

I said, "doesn't seem solid at all." Where in that segment do I say he can't take visits? I agree that if other highly rated recruits recruits visit UT when committed to other schools it would be awesome to flip them so you can't call me a De1 hater bc I absolutely agree with that.

With that said, since butch has taken over, recruits have been left in the dust and/or leave their spots up for grabs while not showing full commitment to UT. I am not saying I personally believe that's how it should be, but you can't argue against CBJ doing that.

A perfect example would be someone who strikes me as a relative of yours and maybe even your son considering the similarities in grammar and spelling. I won't get you his name I'll just leave it at this...

Some schemes suck and cause players to look bad. When Larry Slade was at UT under Chief you'd get dog cussed for trying to play 8 yds off the ball and bailing out too. Justin isn't Einstein but he can play football. In Janzcek scheme they played man up or zone never 8 yds off the ball til Shoop came. Offenses hv put up 500+ in 5 of the last 6 games. When a guy is playing off 8 yds and is told to bail out this can put him in compromising angles. Hell it happened with all the Dbs whether Cbs or S. Why would you play 8 yds deep against GT anyways?

Personally I'm all for recruits taking their visits. They worked hard for those offers and opportunities.

It's just nice when you don't have to work about that. Can't blame him, but i hope he sticks with the good guys!

I apologize for calling Martin dumb as a brick, as I have stated already, I was talking about football intelligence, I do not apologize for calling him a horrid football player, to this point he has been a complete disaster at CB as a Vol. I sincerely hope he turns it completely around today, and plays up to the potential that the coaches, and our resident VN talent evaluators obviously see in him. If he does I will applaud him.

That said, Horn is visiting USCe this week. Everyone knew when he committed that his thread wouldn't die bc of visits and the acorn doesn't fall far from the tree. He will be animated (he is in HS) when he gets to Knox as well. If you want any elite recruits, this is the price. Have to continue to keep them. If they weren't any good, no one else would still be trying to steal them. Right?
