Hey Dobbs 4 Heisman:

You are comparing Justin Fields to Vad Lee, but that is simply not even close to being accurate. You need to think bigger, like Cam Newton as that is the more accurate comparison.

The fact is, if you take Fields, you probably don't have to "drop" anyone. One of those two will drop themselves and solve the problem. The risk you take is that you may lose both of them.

I think that would be nuts. Hold on to Penix no matter what.
Take it from me, it may look like you will never need him, but when the time comes, you will be happy that you have a healthy Penix ready to perform.

For real, tho- Penix and Martinez make for a great QB class.

I would love it. UT wins the East next year, if they win the Georgia game, with Petrino as coach. He could make QD, JG or even one of the freshmen, Penix or my pick Adrian Martinez into a star next year.

He would win, keep your women within arms length and give everyone in the AD a raise for having to put up with him, he's a major penix.
